Frank Cook

American Legion District 29 Chaplain

AL Post 826, Mission Viejo, Previous Commander

Frank graduated from Villa Park High School. His family has been in the military since the revolution. He attended Fullerton College then joined the US Army in 1983. Frank served as an Infantry Medic and Flight Nurse from 1983 to 1990. He began work with Brand New Day/Universal Care in 1990 and is still employed there as the "Director of Medical Operations".

Diane Rickman-Gallo

Diane graduated from Tustin High School. She attended Santa Ana College at the age of 16. She is a retired Nurse Mid-Wife, having independently delivered over 340 babies in her 25 year career. Her grandfather was a Doughboy deploying in 1917, as did Frank's, and her Great-Aunt (his sister) deployed the same year as a member of the American Red Cross. (Her family actually traces itself back to "Dr. Rickman" who was one of three physicians who cared for General Washington during the Revolutionary War and later corresponded with President Washington.)
